Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging attached.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including intimate apparel, final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact Muyonia customer support with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges when stock is available. If the requested item or size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process.
